Mom & Baby Works is not responsible for the collection or payment of destination duties or taxes. We cannot predict what the charges will be as they vary from country to country. For more information on your country’s customs policy, please contact your local customs office.
Shipping Errors
Mom & Baby Works is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. Packages returned to Mom & Baby Works as a result of invalid or incorrect mailing addresses, or without a RAN number will be subject to a return shipping fee and an additional 20% restocking fee.
Shipment Delays
You will be notified by email or phone if any item is back ordered, or if there are any delays in shipping.
Tracking Your Order
We will provide you with a tracking number two to three business days after your order is placed.
